October 4th Optimal Aging Talk


On October 4th, Mark Tewksbury, Debbie Muir and Dr. Jennifer Heisz will be speaking at a free public talk about Going For Gold As We Age (see details below). I am hoping that you could help us share the event details with the members of the Ainslie Wood community. All are welcome to attend this free event, which will also be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person. We will also be providing refreshments and hosting an information fair in advance of the talk.
